Privacy policy
Your files are not our records.
FULLFORCE LTD is the operator of locallock.app. This policy says what the company does not receive, and the narrow cases where a request leaves your device.
Updated 12 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is FULLFORCE LTD, company number 14751157, registered office 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. Correspondence about this policy goes to that office.
2. What stays on the device
Passwords, PINs, emergency codes, vault keys, and document contents are handled in the browser. They are not sent to FULLFORCE LTD. Sealed documents are stored in this browser’s private storage. Clearing that storage deletes the local vault. The company has no second copy.
3. What can leave the device
Two actions are optional, and both are started by you.
Lifetime membership checkout sends you to Stripe. FULLFORCE LTD does not receive your card number. After a successful payment, the browser stores that lifetime membership is paid so the vault knows it may open. Stripe’s own privacy notice applies on Stripe’s pages.
Encrypted backup, if you turn it on, sends a file that is already sealed to an address you type in. The plain document is not uploaded.
4. What the site itself uses
A theme choice is saved in local storage under the key locallock-theme. The vault uses IndexedDB on this device. locallock.app does not run an advertising profile and does not sell personal information.
5. How long anything is kept
Vault contents remain until you erase them or the browser storage is cleared. A lifetime membership flag remains in that same local vault. FULLFORCE LTD does not keep a customer file of your documents. Stripe keeps payment records under Stripe’s terms.
6. Your rights
If you are in the UK, you can ask a controller for access, correction, or deletion of personal data it holds. Because the vault is not held by the company, a request to this office cannot recover a document or a password. Requests about the website can be sent to the registered office. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
7. Children
The vault is not directed at children under 18.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The cookie notice and the terms sit beside this policy.
